Update - May 2024
We are pleased to inform you that works at Boardwalk are progressing well, with electrical and concreting now largely complete. Asphalt works are being prepared to commence before the end of May.
Contractors have commenced final clean up and topsoiling of the lots, with boundary pegging to follow. Practical Completion is expected by mid-June, with pre-audit work to commence prior to this, ensuring the smoothest possible Compliance process with the Authorities.
At this stage we hope to compliance by the end of June, with titles and settlement to follow as soon as possible after.
