We are pleased to let you know that work onsite was finished in April, and we are doing our best to work through the challenging authority requirements for Statement of Compliance. Water, Gas, NBN and Council Landscaping have all confirmed Practical Completion, with Electrical audits now passed onsite as well.
We are confident that Practical Completion will be achieved from Melbourne Water by mid next week, which should allow us to lodge for titles before the end of the month.
We will trigger settlements at the first opportunity and will be happy to work with any buyers eager to settle their Lots early, subject to solicitors and any financiers being ready.
We would like to advise that Valuations Access will be available on the following dates (weather permitting):
Wednesday 22nd May - 9am - 2pm
Thursday 23rd May - 9am - 2pm
